Celebrating local artists and community, St Ita’s biennial gather.FESTIVAL was once again a fantastic event in 2018. The gather.EXHIBITION was superb showcasing a range of artwork from kids to fine art students and professional artists. The Exhibition Opening night was an event not to be missed with the food just as beautiful as the stunning artworks. The Exhibition page shows some of the fabulous artwork by emerging artists who entered the Art Award. Judged by Terry Deen, Head of Learning GOMA, who commented that St Ita’s was in the forefront with providing the opportunity for fine art students and graduates to show their work alongside amazing artwork by school children and professional artists.
Gather.FESTIVAL day was a vibrant gathering of community who enjoyed beautiful artisan market stalls, entertainment throughout the day, great food and beverages while the kids had a ball in the kids workshops and in the Kid Zone which included rides, face painting, crazy hair, and food.
